Target Audience:
Individuals in the ASC community who are interested in knowing how a measure becomes incorporated and implemented as a measure for this reporting program.

- Summarize the stages of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) measure development process.
- List at least four measure classifications.
- Describe how the rule-making process affects measure implementation for this program.
