Description: Join us as the CMS Program Leads present the calendar year (CY) 2024 proposed rule, the impacts to the OQR and Rural Emergency Health Quality Reporting (REHQR) Programs, reporting requirements, and how to submit public comments.

Objectives:

Locate the Calendar Year (CY) 2024 Hospital Outpatient Prospective Payment System (OPPS)/Ambulatory Surgical Center (ASC) Payment System Proposed Rule in the Federal Register.
List the proposals for the Hospital OQR and REHQR Programs included in the CY 2024 OPPS/ASC Proposed Rule.
State the topics included in the Requests for Comment (RFC).
Recall the steps to submit comments.

Target Audience: Hospitals that report data for the Hospital OQR or REHQR Programs who wish to know more about CMS proposals that impact the program and reporting requirements.
