Join us as CMS Program Leads discuss and summarize the finalized proposals in the calendar year (CY) 2026 Hospital Outpatient Prospective Payment System (OPPS) and ASC Payment System final rule and their impact to the Hospital OQR and REHQR Programs. We will also review program measures and submission deadlines.

Objectives:

Locate the calendar year CY 2026 Hospital OPPS/ASC Payment System final rule in the Federal Register.
Recall the finalized proposals for the Hospital OQR and REHQR Programs included in the CY 2026 OPPS/ASC Payment System Final Rule.
State the program measures for the Hospital OQR and REHQR Programs.
