This presentation will provide participants with an overview of the Fiscal Year (FY) 2019 Inpatient Prospective Payment System (IPPS)/Long-Term Care Hospital (LTCH) Prospective Payment System (PPS) Final Rule, focusing on finalized electronic clinical quality measure (eCQM) reporting requirements for the Hospital Inpatient Quality Reporting (IQR) Program and finalized requirements for the Medicare and Medicaid Promoting Interoperability Programs for hospitals (previously known as the Medicare and Medicaid Electronic Health Record Incentive Programs).
