REHQR Program
Welcome to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ (CMS’) Rural Emergency Hospital Quality Reporting (REHQR) Program.
The Rural Emergency Hospital Quality Reporting (REHQR) Program is a Medicare quality data reporting program implemented in CY 2023 for services provided in the rural emergency hospital (REH) setting of care. The Program focuses on collecting and publicly reporting hospital measure data. These data support patient decision-making and facility-level quality improvement efforts.
