The REH Quality Reporting Program issues proposed and final changes during the annual rulemaking cycle for the OPPS/ASC/REH proposed and final rules with comment period. These rules are published typically in or around July and November, respectively, in the year prior to the effective date of the next January and are available online at the Federal Register. The below table lists Federal Register references for program policies and procedures codified in the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).
