• ASC Web-based Measure Batch Submission Tool: CY 2027 Payment Determination(XLSM)—Effective for Encounters from January 1, 2025 - December 31, 2025. ASCs are able to enter real data into the spreadsheet, run checks for common errors, and export the data directly into a CSV file for upload to the QualityNet Secure File Submission (SFS) Upload Tool in HQR.
